Buildings don’t run themselves
See what a ProExpos buildings & facilities management show looks like: the show floor, exhibitors, heavy equipment, free education sessions and free lunch. These photos are from our 2026 shows, SWBFM 2026 in Phoenix, MWBFM 2026 in Sandy, Utah and NEBFM at the DCU Center in Worcester. WCBFM runs the same format at the Alameda County Fairgrounds.

We've made some great relationships here, as well as gotten some really good jobs. So overall, it has been a great experience for us.
Glenn Good (Chair-Elect, BOMA International)
There's something here for everyone, whether it's attending a session, meeting a new service provider, or meeting a colleague and saying, “let's go together and see what's out there that's new that can help me be more productive and efficient.”
Patrick Okamura (IFMA Fellow, Facility Manager, CBRE)
What I get out of this event is the opportunity to walk the floor, talk to vendors, talk to service providers, and also talk to fellow facilities and maintenance professionals that attend this show. A lot of ideas, a lot of opportunities arise just by communicating with these folks.
Cameron Cowan (Head of Strategy, Moat Systems)
There's been such a proliferation of digital advertising and digital outreach. Everybody's inbox is full of emails they didn't solicit, and it's hard to make that connection. But when you're standing face to face in front of somebody, talking to them about the real challenges they face every day, meeting people and shaking hands, that's the environment we need to get to. People buy from people they know and people they like, not just somebody that reached out on a cold email or hit them up on LinkedIn that they've never met.
Joe Gross (American Backflow & Fire Prevention)
The show's been great. We've gotten lots of customers out of it. It's the exact clientele that we try to go after, so it's very targeted, and that's kind of why we do this.
Jerry Neely (VP of Controls, Varitec Solutions)
We have been at this show year after year, and we love the results. We get everybody coming to us. It saves so much time rather than having to go and see all the customers at their locations. They all come to you. We love it.
Marshall MacFarlane (IFMA Fellow, Farnsworth Group)
There's all kinds of resources, there's great breakout sessions, there's a ton of vendors here. Take the time and get down here. It's going to be worth their while.

We keep coming back because it’s all the right people. To be able to bring this many people that are interested in facility and building management, with various roles all the way from the most technical up to the directors and vice presidents that are making big, multi-million-dollar decisions.
Jerry Neely (VP of Controls, Varitec Solutions)

Absolutely. I would highly recommend this exact trade show. It’s well run. We’ve never had issues. Again, this is our fourth year back for a reason. We’ve gotten great jobs out of it, as well as met some amazing people.
Cameron Cowan (Head of Strategy, Moat Systems)
We find that a lot of these discussions we’re able to have here continue on for months as we move into sales cycles. When you’re standing face to face in front of somebody, talking to them about their real challenges that they face every day, when you’re meeting people and shaking hands, that’s the environment we need to get to. People buy from people they know and people they like.

Attendees on the education, the vendors and the people they meet.
Patrick Okamura (IFMA Fellow, Facility Manager, CBRE)
Bring those questions to these individuals. They’re professionals, they’re in the field. As facility managers, we basically identify resources and we apply those resources, and those resources are at this show every year.
Glenn Good (Chair-Elect, BOMA International)
The booths are packed with exhibitors. Attendees are numerous, so people are really interacting, developing relationships, and learning at the same time.
Marshall MacFarlane (IFMA Fellow, Farnsworth Group)
Everyone speaks very highly of all the breakout sessions. Whether they’re just starting out or seasoned, they always seem to learn something.
Patrick Okamura (IFMA Fellow, Facility Manager, CBRE)
Come for a half a day. Walk the exhibits, sit in one of the presentations, and make your own call on that.
Glenn Good (Chair-Elect, BOMA International)
Get involved, attend, experience it. There’s something here for everyone.
Marshall MacFarlane (IFMA Fellow, Farnsworth Group)
I would tell them to get down here. It’s free. There’s all kinds of resources. There’s great breakout sessions. There’s a ton of vendors here. Take the time and get down here. It’s going to be worth their while.
